Nah, they probably use the same method that web browsers use: update checking. They can probably keep track of how many IP’s check for new updates.

hi nice article, but can u explain how to use multiple accounts at the same time by using this add on, it will really help bcoz its annoying to sign out and go on other account, thanks

Go to the preferences, then “Customize” then under the “General” tab on the left, look for “Multiple Accounts” and check the box that says “Allow me to connect to several accounts simultaneously.” I did mention how to do this in the “Polygamy” section of the article.
