That really surprises me because there have been a lot of good things said around the Internet about the software, I think the Inquirer even wrote a post about the paid version. We actually had no problems rendering the page in Firefox…so that is kinda weird.

Interestingly, SiteSdvisor says the above link to Trustware is a no-no download site. Also, the page is not rendering well in Firefox.

Seems interesting.
Personally, I’ve just used an XP VMware session every time I think I come across a suspicious file to test the file in. I also run my browsers with lowered privileges or you could run a non-administrator account.

I’ll probably give this a try to see how well it works

The pro version is definitely better because it’s all in one with one installation. With the free version, there are the three separate versions and three separate installations. We installed only the Web Browser version for testing purposes last night, but to answer your question, yes, you’d need to install all 3 if you wanted all of them.

Truly intriguing concept for sure. Reading all the info on the site the Pro version seems much much better.

Question with the free version tho, theres 3 different downloads for the free version, one for P2P, one for web browsers, and one for IM, and they all point to a different file name to download the app. So, do you have to install all 3 if want all three layers of protection, can you install all 3, whats the deal?

Not brave enough just yet to be the first to test its Vista compatibility, but is a truly intriguing concept. If it really works well this could very well be a revolution in computer security.

I tried it as well and haven’t noticed too much of a lag on my computer, but it does seem like some of the apps slow down a little (hardly noticeable though). There was also some small problems with some of the apps completely working, so if a program uses a lot of external resources it might not work 100%, but if that’s the case you can just install it on your PC. When this does work (which was most of the time), however, it is really great.

I’m wondering.
Is the overall performance of the computer very affected?
I know the minumum requirements are really low, but I’m wondering if runing it in a powerful computer makes it consume more resources.
Otherwise it looks really great. I think this might start a new trend in computer protection
