There you can click on the &quot;Move&quot; button and re-direct the My Documents folder to whatever local or network drive you would like to keep it on.  No need for Tweak UI to accomplish this easily.  As for putting My Pictures, My Music, etc. under the My Documents folder, it has always made sense to me for purposes of easy backup.
