It could be way more than 2 times smaller, but I was going for simplicity and using tools that most people will already have installed. Hmmm, I wonder if you can save files as HTML in OpenOffice and what kind of results that would create?

MS Word generated HTML files are soooooooooooooo messy! (could be 2 times smaller!) And Word's HTML files are FAR NOT standard compliant. I don't recommend using Word as HTML editor. Better go get NVU Editor (it is free, open-source WYSIWYG HTML editor, with "Gecko" rendering engine, just like superior Firefox browser).

I went searching around Google for a Live.com address generator and this is the best I could come up with. I don't think the graphic is quite as nice as the others but it still isn't bad.
