There's a reason a pdf has password protection on printing or otherwise. I'm a graphic designer who also does contract work for a publisher and it's done to keep someone from taking MY design, MY publication to someone else and just have it printed. Most likely you're committing serious copyright violation trying to circumvent that. Ryan, ARE YOU DAFT??
