These are the people who have their houses back-up to the golf course, paid as much if not more for the lot premium ($250K-$300K just because they have a view of the San Tan Mountains and can get nailed by a wayward golf ball) then they did for the house. Let's not forget they will also add $50K in after-market upgrades. Oh and did I mentioned this is typically their WINTER home?
