Instead of right clicking on the ribbon and selecting "Minimize the Ribbon" you can double click on the headings. Double click to hide them then double click to show them again. This seems to be a bit easier than the other method. But, don't just go double clicking on everything in Office, if you double click on the logo button thing it will close the program.
