Love these old commercials. I remember my first computer.. it was an Apple II+ with dual 5-1/4 drives and the amber/black monitor. I think we paid just under $2400.00 for it. looking back I think those older computers were faster than these today, seems like you didn't have to wait as long for stuff to load.... ahh... the good ole days.. lol

I guess you didn't learn anything from "Don't copy that floppy!"
Me neither. Time to look for some good pirated old ads in torrents

God those are great. I love really old ads. Maybe I can find a torrent of really old ad video files, then put 'em on my Zune :D

Man! I played everyone of those games on my NES. I had the first release NES with Robbie the Robot. It did not go over well, so the second release of the NES did not include it.

I lost all my game consoles in the divorce. I had s 2600 with about 70 games, Sega genesis, SNES, N64.

The whole bitch of this is that the ex never did anything with them. They were supposedly never un-boxed. However, I bet she sold them all. She just did not want me to have them.

fantastic..!! seeing those old ad's really brings it home, computers and their software has come along way in the last 25 years...

no not a fake, that is definitly windows 1.0, i still have an original set of windows 1.0 floppy diskettes (5x 5 1/2" ..!) and the 6mhz (!!!) ibm-at286 the software run on is nailed to the wall of my office..!

and by the way, men can, and do, get bald in their 20's and 30's and not just in their 50's, so why should steve balmer be an exception...

I love how they always tried to make their products look more capable than they really were. My Commodore 128 manual had a picture of a student carrying his 128 to class--no cables, drives, or TV.
