Is there a tool that will allow you work on the photos in more detail instead of applying certain filters/effects to it in a predetermined shape and only being allowed to adjust the size, etc of the effect. I've been using a trial verison of Helicon Filter and have gotten used to being able to have alot of manual control in editing....esp. with the blur, sharpen, and saturation features.... Please help....... Thanks!!
