Nope, you’re not missing anything. Qliner looks to be a simple solution that is easy to configure. HotKeyBind does have more features, but someone wanting a graphical representation of their shortcuts will probably find that this is more helpful. SO easy to set up (Dell-XPS) and so easy to use!! Whatever did I do before I found and subscribed to CyberNotes.
