Well, as all of us know Opera Browser is far ahead of time in a lot of aspects. But while the preferred answer should be “just do it” (e.g. like dragging Tabs out of the Opera window and than to a second screen) it slightly more hidden as so often: but you can use the mighty panels once again to fulfill your wishes, this time the star is the Windows panel. And there we go, simply “select multiple tabs simultaneously” and “then drag multiple tabs from one window to another”. Works like charm.

The biggest drawback with this solution is that you cannot reopen / unclose a window if you accidentally closed one (as you can easily do with tabs) – you have to retrieve all the tabs manually from history.
