There is actually a reason for a tool like this...to test out the performance of your own server. I&#039;ve used this when setting up my own email server to see how many simultaneous emails it can receive before it would crap out. So it is a tool that administrators would use.</description>

		<description>Yes, .NET is needed for this to run. There is no doubt that this is pretty much overkill, but if you found yourself installing two or three individual applications just to do a few of these tasks I would say this bundle is worth having. :)</description>

		<description>This is a nice heads-up to a &#039;All-in-One&#039; box of tools. 

Two main things come to mind:

1. not a big deal, but this required .NET framework?

2. I looked at the list of applications included in Net Tools and feel the perhaps for Mr Joe Bloggs, the number of tools may be leaning toward overkill!? 

But still a nice tool box to have in a &#039;never know when I might need to use it&#039; sorta way!  :&#124;</description>
