		<description>In the &quot;old&quot; (2003) version after editing an image, I would always just click the image and copy/paste it into Microsoft Office Picture Manager.  From there you can set resolution options and choose a file type.</description>

		<description>Unfortunately there is no easy way that I know of to do that. One thing that might work is saving it as a website because then it will save each image as a separate file. Instructions on doing that can be found here:

		<description>This may be a silly question, but once you&#039;ve applied a style is there any way to get the picture back out or would you have to send it in the word document (aside from print screen of course)?

Had a poke around and the image stored in the file is the original, so if you sent the document to a client they have to render it themselves (probably not a good idea to have too many of these in one file then). I&#039;m assuming it does the opposite when saving in backwards-compatible formats, since the editability is lost.</description>
