One IE7'ish Firefox theme I have been using (on XP) is <a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/4129/" rel="nofollow">myFireFox</a>

It does a good job of mimicking the look of IE7 for Firefox.

With a little bit of work, you can even move the "tool" icons down to the bottom left where IE7 places them. In fact, on one of my systems they got placed there when I set the theme, but on another one, I had to make a custom toolbar then move them over to it.

The spacing of the icons in a bookmark bar is a little bit wide for my tastes--I had to remove the separators to make the spacing look more normal, and while the "page-forward" and "page-backward" buttons look great, you will notice they have a serious lack of the drop-down "history" support that normally goes with them. Not a deal-breaker, but annoying for power-browsing.

Worth a look while we are on the subject.

--Cheers!
