I have the same problem in a single monitor configuration.
The thumbnail thingy just covers the tray icon so I cannot right click on it to change options. The only workaround is to press Ctrl+ESC at this moment so that the thumbnail goes behind the taskbar and voila you may right click the tray icon.

On a side not…
With all of the dual monitor setups you’d think Microsoft would enhance the shell a whole lot better than it is with dual monitors.

Those 4 boxes actually popup without me having to click on anything, so being able to click on the icon definitely isn’t working for you. The developer is working on a new version so hopefully the next time around will be better.

Yes, kind of weird. Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same thing. If I try to right click on the icon I get a pop-up window with the 4 boxes, but I can’t get to the preferences.

I can do a Win-Z and it I get the 4 boxes in each monitor. I can move things around between the virtual windows by dragging… But a lot of the features just don’t work according to what I see in your nice video tutorials.

Bummer… I’ll have to find another virtual desktop program.

That’s weird, it works great on my multiple monitors. I’m shocked that you can’t even right-click on the System tray icon. I’ve tried this on multiple computers all of which don’t have any issues.

Looks cool, but it doesn’t run correctly on my Vista Business edition. Perhaps it has a problem with my multi-monitor setup. The program loads, but I can’t right click on the system tray icon to get into the preferences. Frustrating, as I would love to have this working. I wonder if anyone else has this problem…
