Abandon ship. It’s based on Gecko 1.7.5, which is way too old. Gecko 1.7.* and Firefox 1.0.* are at end of life according to MoFo, aren’t they?

Not sure which Gecko is based off, but seems to be the same branch that Firefox 1.0.X series was based off of (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20060127 Netscape/8.1) I use it occasionally although it has some issues with it on a certain online community ad's causing it to crash. While it accepts extensions and themes, I don't think there are as much as there are for Firefox. I did a breif write up in my Browser SmÃ¶rgÃ¥sbord blog entry the other day.

Netscape 8 looks a lot better than 7. Had given 7 a shot long long back during the early days of Firefox. It turned out to be so bulky, that I just stopped using it!
