  1. The fact that Comodo has a new update so often begins to get really annoying (I think I will turn the auto-update off), especially since most updates require a system restart.

    PS. I had to uninstall NoScript Firefox extension for the very same reason: I was getting prompted for an update every other day.

    It is annoying, but version 3 is still rather new and they are still trying to iron out the kinks.
