Well with 2.0 alpha 1 seems very fast at loading websites, it has a add on manager much like firefox does, they are working on redoing the whole preferences so I don't know much about that as of yet. Also has spell checker much like firefox dies, but still no RSS support and I am hoping that would be added soon at least by alpha 2 or 3. Handles the popup notification and software addons (like site wanting to insall extension) much like firefox does, has a way better looking default theme than the previous semonkey release, and that is constantly updated as they want the software to meld better with the operating system(s). So far that all I know. :)

The latest stable version for SeaMonkey is 1.1.7. Since it's Mozilla based, it works very much like Firefox. What I don't like about SeaMonkey is its customization limitations. You don't have the option to add many extensions and/or skins.

Besides that, it's a very good browser. I use it now and then as a back-up browser after Firefox and Flock.

Regards,

Omar.-

I haven't used Seamonkey in awhile mostly because the development cycle is so slow. The last time I checked out Seamonkey was back at version 1.1 when they just got tab previews. I wonder what's been added since then.

Filezilla is extremely good piece of software, I use it on a daily basis. Oh I have a suggestion, how about Seamonkey? I have been using it for a few days now and it is extremely fast compared to Firefox (and I love FF). Currently trying out Seamonkey 20.a1 (yeah its alpha but it is very stable).
