I think Google and YouTube have done enough to prove that they are doing all they can to prevent copyrighted material from appearing on their site and hopefully, the suit will be dropped.</description>

<p>I think Google and YouTube have done enough to prove that they are doing all they can to prevent copyrighted material from appearing on their site and hopefully, the suit will be dropped.</p>

		<description>Totally agree it would threaten online communication, which is threated from several directions now. I do hope organizations like the Electronic Frontier Foundation and IP Justice can make a difference in this tough battle for civil liberties.</description>
