Isn’t it amazing how grateful people are for telling them to ditch Adobe for Foxit? Now if only people reacted the same way when I try to hook them on Firefox but that normally isn’t as successful.

Regardless as to whether this one opens faster, Foxit is 100% free, damned speedy and actually has better functions as far as using the pdfs is concerned, so I shall stay put. Versions prior to 7, however, were slow as molasses. I used to use a program called Adobe Reader SpeedUp until it was deprecated by Adobe Reader 7.
