The gloss & shine aside I didn’t like the buttons in the new theme. They don’t ‘stand out’ when you hover on them & don’t ‘go down’ when you click them (unlike the RSS icon in the location bar!!)

2.0 Beta 2 has been delayed until August 30th now. It was still the 23rd a day ago on the Mozilla developers calender.
