To Whom ever wrote this article. You should know that Lotus Symhpony is over 25 years old and was the first software product to combine a number of programs under one roof. Everything such as Openoffice and microsoft office came after this program

Not that I've seen. Everytime you launch the program it start with a fresh tab.

The templates would surely have to come given that this is IBM that we're talking about. You do have to keep in mind that this is still a Beta, and I'm sure all of the polished features will come into play as they enter the final home stretch.

I agree with you but it seems like IBM is going after the businesses with this product, they have the name and also I am sure IBM will be adding templates and probably even their Lotus Notes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lotus_Notes) into it eventually (if it proves to be a success).

But they do seem to have more up on the clip art the designs for the Presentation software (http://symphony.lotus.com/software/lotus/symphony/gallery.jspa), more than with OpenOffice.org has.
