For the person who asked about the USB ports, according to the images in hothardware there are 4 USB 2.0 ports.

It definitely looks interesting and I would love to adopt it as my road computer :D

I didn't see a mention of how many USB ports it had, but I would guess at least two.

If people can learn the iPhone though, I think they can learn this. :)

No built in camera although that’s an accessory sold separately for the top of the monitor that I didn’t opt to get, and I paid $4,000+ for it back in 2000.

It's hard to believe that just seven years later a laptop similar to yours costs 5% of what it used to. Maybe the progression of technology is even more rapid than we thought.

Ryan - Informative post for such a worthy cause. Intel has thrown their hat in the ring. Here's a link to that article:

I want one!

:) That is actually pretty funny.

I was actually thinking the same thing. Technically it should take less time to get to the items that you're looking for, and if you're doing work-related tasks you should have everything you need on one tab! I love the idea and would like to see a lot more of this going forward.

After thinking about it I also realized that this is pretty much what the iPhone does. It creates icons for the apps and puts them on the main screen. Therefore you don't have confusing menus to shuffle through to find items.
