I think I heard at one point that Google Video was going to be their testing ground, but Google Video had this feature before they even acquired YouTube.

Mine too! Just the other day it was pissing me off because there was a 15-minute video and I wanted to jump about 9-minutes into it. I couldn&#039;t do it though until it had buffered that amount of video. It really amazed me that YouTube didn&#039;t have this though since many other video sites already do.</description>
