So does jkrebs1's but you have to pay for it. Tom's also has the nice feature of using a color wheel. I really like kuler, and will probably use it in conjunction with Ryan's one. That is why I went searching for a custom color scheme finder. I was able to enter in the color of blue that I wanted and it picked the other colors accordingly. The Adobe one that Tom mentioned didn't have a color scheme available for my selection.
