I didn&#039;t get them confused, it was PC World. ;) The link takes you to the article starting the 10GB and 2GB file sizes.  That&#039;s why I asked because it sounded really large. I thought the problems was just UAC was checking permission with every file copy.  I wondered why they would have to update almost the entire OS to fix the issue.</description>
