It works, but it’s just not as responsive. I’ve lost faith in MS to deliver good code now. They’re really losing it. Makes me wonder where they’re headed.

That seems like a smart, nice thing to do for people. Live chat has helped me so many times with my router.

I’ve had some not so helpful chat sessions before which is why I’m a little skeptical as to how much this would actually help. Computer support over chat just seems like a pain in the butt, but I do like it when asking sales questions.
