Calendar is great, but I would like to have a To Do functionality with it and a sync program with Outlook

Remember the Milk created an "add-on" that you can use with Google Calendar to manage To-Do lists. It isn't as integrated as I would like it to be but I was very impressed at how easy it is to use.

Go to your Calendar Settings and then click on 'notifications' - you probably have the "daily agenda" option checked. Unfortunately it will email you regardless of whether you have any events scheduled, but you could always un-check that and then set email reminders for individual events.

I like Google calendar. I switched from MSN calendar immediately after Google Calender became available. One thing I hate; I get an email everyday telling me that I don’t have any events scheduled today. I only want to know when something is scheduled not when there isn’t.

My favorite feature is support for the iCal interface. I like being able to subscribe to other people and organizations calenders.
