Google Music Clues Start Popping Up

It looks like some more clues about Google Music are starting to make their way around the web. Garett Rogers received a tip stating that Google is currently working on some of the kinks in the service. Here are some things that they are supposedly working on:

  1. Possible names for the music service are GMusic or Google Tunes.
  2. These services will be integrated into Google Desktop.
  3. Music videos will either be undownloadable or 30 second clips that are stored in a .gvi format.
  4. Google Videos will have a music video section.

The truth behind these rumors are currently unknown but they are all plausible. Hopefully we will start to see some confirmed information about the Google Music service.

I hope they are not planning to link this idea with google videos. That site was so bad and hurt their credibility quite a bit. Google is a great company and they could do some innovative things with music. They just need someone with user interface experience
