Well I tried it out yesterday, it works pretty good but I prefer Beagle desktop search as IMO it has a better interface and integrate better with my Ubuntu system.

Yeah, Google is definitely geared up (no pun intended) for a Linux revolution. It's almost as if they know something that other people don't? Maybe they really are working on releasing Goobuntu.

I had forgotten about voice because I don't really use it, but it wouldn't surprise me if Google worked to add that to their online application. They seem to be enhancing that more than they do their actual Google Talk program.
