This is a big "what if" but an awfully cool one... Since Google Apps is all about customizing a start page to a companies branding, what if Google allowed custom themes to be created and used with this new feature? It would be really cool with all of the talented designers out there, and I'm sure a lot of people would love to extend this even further! After all, apps is meant to be aimed at SMEs who may want to keep their own logo/customisation on the page regardless of user preference.
