It provides a quick way to find the videos that you're looking for, without having to go to 10 different sites. Awesome job Google! I just don't know how these video services are going to feel about it. On one hand, they could potentially get a few new users pointed in their direction, on the other hand, it could probably keep users from every getting to their site with Google providing the inline video right from the search page.
