I love that cartoon. It is one of my favorite “advertising campaigns” by any software company. Opera is very smart because they make the cartoons so funny that it makes people want to put them on their site…and therefore promotes Opera Mini.

Depending on how well Apple develops the iPhone maybe it will be more extendible than we think. We already know it won’t be like the full Mac OS so applications can’t really be installed, but I would think that there would be some way to install other applications. However, Opera probably wouldn’t be free for that device because much like Pocket PC’s they have a mobile version that costs $30 (I think that is how much it is). The browser is really great because I’ve used it on my iPaq before, but after the trial ended I didn’t feel like forking over the money.
