The holiday season is upon us again, and here in the United States we’re celebrating Thanksgiving today (also known as Turkey Day). Today Ashley and I will be getting our tummies filled with two different feasts that we will be attending, and then tomorrow we will be heading for downtown Chicago where we can observe the shopping madness. We normally don’t buy much on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving), but we always like to be out and about at the center of all the craziness.
Do you have anything special planned for the holiday weekend? We’re going to try and minimize our time outside since it is around 30 degrees Fahrenheit (-1 degrees Celsius) here around Chicago. It’s times like these that I wish we lived in Florida or California.
Ashley and I wish you and yours a very happy holiday. Try not to eat so much that you have to loosen your belt at the table. ![]()

Happy Holidays to you and Ashley. We have so much to thank both of you for keeping us in touch with technology all year long.
Regarding cold weather, come on down to Panama. At this moment the temperature outside is 27° Celsius. Nice and cool to go out window shopping.
Bon appétite!
Black Friday sounds so morbid. Like it’s a day where something terrible happened in past history. Weird. Anyways, at -1 Celsius, I sympathize as I know what it’s like in those harsh winters over there.
P.S. It’s summer here in Australia. Beaches. Sun. Surf. Sorry
Well its a bit late, but i hope the “black” friday hadn’t been so black after all
In my country tomorrow and the other next monday will be hollidays too. So big weekends for everybody.
And in sout-west europe … is raining and cold
… someone send a little sun over here.
Sounds rough.
We’ve got snow here today to make matters even worse.
Have a Happy Turkey Day, a happy Turkey Day
whatever weather may come your way Have a Happy Turkey Day
It may rain or it may snow
the cold north wind may blow
but whatever weather may come your way
have a Happy Turkey Day
But don’t forget that Turkey Day
is called Thanksgiving too
so don’t forget to give some thanks
for what’s been given you
HAVE A HAPPY
TURKEY
DAY
Gobble, gobble, gobble,
but not too much
