That is not a tweak, that requires the use of an extension such as GMarks or the Google Toolbar.

Hey I love FF2, but one thing the whole window every once in a while shrinks in size right out of the blue.What the hell is that ? Can it be tweeked out,I can live with it but hey since I’m here by Stumbleupon.
