It almost makes you wonder if she is getting paid by Apple to promote the computer in hopes drawing in a new demographic?

That’s what I was thinking. It makes me think Apple is hoping to reach the older home making crowd and since they really trust Martha Stewart it would seem to be quite a plot to get new customers. I was already starting to think Apple’s marketing was a bit much at times, but seeing this really makes me question whether I could support Apple in any way. I would be interested to find out the terms of the deal, but I doubt we will ever know. I just hope her fans are not too naive.

Now this just seems too weird. What are the chances of a blog post reading like a perfect PR statement? Not very. I am sure some one is getting paid for this. And considering how many people trust her opinion I can see this being a great advertisement under the heading of a blog. I guess the age of the commercial blogs are open us…

Agreed, the part where she linked it was the killer for me

For a brief moment I thought I was reading a Steve Jobs’ post. Martha couldn’t be more “Applesque”. Is that a word?

I was impressed by the number of comments under the post. She seems to have a lot of followers. Many of them even knew the dog’s name.
