I've known people that have bought items from someone whose account had been hacked and it was quite the mess. I agree, eBay is going to have to do something to gain back the trust of their users. That’s terrible that they didn’t clear the charges from your account! I’ve known people that have bought items from someone whose account had been hacked and it was quite the mess. I agree, eBay is going to have to do something to gain back the trust of their users.

Yet the users who get hacked don't get much retribution? I think eBay is going to have to rethink some of their policies.
