They say good things come in small packages and Lenovo is out to prove that at Apple’s expense. Back in March we wrote about how Lenovo was going head-to-head with Apple’s MacBook Air with their ThinkPad X300. Now they’ve come up with a rather funny parody that makes fun of some of the MacBook Air’s limitations. Lenovo really did a good job with it, take a look:

And of course you have to love the response from the Fake Steve Jobs:

Our intelligence operatives in China came across this video which apparently is making the rounds among contract manufacturers and component suppliers. No idea where it came from but it looks like a case of Lenovo trying to coast on our momentum and pretend they’re as cool as we are when it comes to design. Whatevs. MacBook Air is still the kewlest lapotop on the market.

  1. Haha nice video!

    Lenovo rule!

  2. Nice, especially the commentary from The Fake Steve Jobs.

I liked when he said “whatevs” – can you ever imagine the real Steve Jobs actually saying that? He makes him sound like a pre-teen!

When my buddy at work won the MacBook Air he had it up on Craig’s List around 3:00 that afternoon, was still getting calls about it when we got off at 11:00 PM and by the next morning he had already sold it.

Wow, he must have put a good price on it?
