I just saw the enlarged version of the color photograph provided. The details of the photo are absolutely fantastic. It’s amazing how far technology has advanced. There is no difference now between science fiction and reality. Great post!

They don’t have many color photographs up even now, but what amazes me is how simplistic it looks there since it is so bare. I haven’t been to the Grand Canyon before, but that’s what the surface reminds me of based upon pictures.
