The 90 day free trial of Microsoft Office included with my computer purchase apparently had expired within a few days of purchasing my computer and I could not activate it. Therefore I de-installed it. I think it should have been ready to go and pre-installed because I am computer illiterate and cannot navigate the wordage and ads encountered when i tried to report this to HP or Microsoft. Some people like simple. I have spent all my time clicking and getting nowhere. Microsoft is possibly using false advertising techniques.
