Language packs seen as Ultimate Extras? WTF? I would’ve thought language was a basic necessity of any OS. Silly me. On ya, MS.

Well, you can get Windows in multiple languages. This is simply for having multiple users on the same computer who use different languages. But I agree that it shouldn't be considered an Ultimate Extra.
