This is the first time I have ever heard of Microsoft updating a CTP/Beta release just days after a build was released. That is right, Microsoft has released Windows Vista Build 5308.60 (the previous version was Vista Build 5308.17).
They supposedly made drastic speed improvements, fixed memory leaks, and is more stable. This is an unstaged build (the previous one was staged) where the unstaged build installs much faster.
The image above is from the Microsoft Connect site where it is available for download right now. Soon enough a torrent will become available and we will let you know as soon as it does. The current information on this build is as follows:
Name: FebCTP_5308.60_32bit_Main_Unstaged_DVD_EN.iso
Build Date: 02/23/2006
ISO Size: 2,256.74 MB
Versions: 32-bit & 64-bit / Server & Client
Download Link: Microsoft Connect (registered users only, a torrent should be available soon)
News Source: NeoSmart

hmmm i got my fingers crossed for torrent 2day
I think there are a lot of people waiting for this. The previous release took less than a day, but this one might take a little longer because it is just a ‘refresh’ and these generally will take longer to reach the file sharing networks. I am trying to be patient but it is hard
