Despite the downside of not including GPS mapping software, the new Mio is reasonably priced. This GPS and Pocket PC unit will run you $418 but will give you extreme versatility. It has a rotating antenna that will let you use the unit in either landscape or portrait mode! It will be sporting Windows Mobile 5, but will only have a 312MHz Intel Bulverde processor which is a little on the low end for new Pocket PC’s. Also, before you start getting all excited, this unit has currently only been released in Europe! Who knows, maybe this will push HP to implement GPS functionality as a built in feature of the Ipaq.
