That’s not a Vista skin, it’s an Office 2007 skin. It is probably using the technology that Microsoft released to be freely used in any non-competing products. And I surprisingly like it.

I don't care much for web installs. It seemed ok if you can get pass the Vista Basic like skin of the application.
