No problem, and yes it is much better than Page Update Checker. I'm sure you'll find this one to offer a lot more.

Nice find, Ryan! I have been using Page Update Checker as well but this one seems very efficient. I am going to give a whirl as there are a bunch of sites I monitor but don’t have RSS feeds.
