Done...I posted it in the forum because John told me one time that it could be a trademark problem (yada yada) so I want to keep it a little quieter.

I could actually compile it…it’s unbelievably easy to do since John Haller has done all of the hard work. I might post it in the forum a little later.

I just dugg it...I agree that Thunderbird doesn't get nearly the amount of recognition that it deserves.

I downloaded Beta 1 a week or so ago and have been fairly impressed with it so far.

I tried Thunderbird in the past and had so many problems importing account setting from Outlook that I gave up because it wasn’t worth the time. This version didn’t correct any of those problems so I had to spend more time on the setup than I would have liked, but so far it seems like it was worth the effort. The Bayesian spam filter is excellent and overall it is easy to use.
