All you need to do is copy the "profile" folder from your old Portable Firefox and overwrite the "profile" folder in the new Portable Firefox. That will save all of your settings, extensions, etc...

Just wondering, as I use Portable FF 1.5.0.3 (instead of the real version) so that I can have all my search, extensions etc. in one place, is there an easy way to upgrade it? Firefox attempted to upgrade but failed, I guess due to the fact I'm running portable. Any ideas?

I was looking for those links when I made the post but there was no information about Firefox 1.5.0.4 when I saw the files were on the FTP. I have changed the links though. Thanks for posting them it made it a lot easier to change.

Ryan,
As mentioned before, Could you please change your links to the official builds to use the load balancing system instead?. Increasing load on the head mirrors will only slow propagation to the rest of the mirror system and quite possibly cause other undesirable issues.

http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-1.5.0.4&os=win&lang=en-US http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-1.5.0.4&os=linux&lang=en-US http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-1.5.0.4&os=osx&lang=en-US

http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ and http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html is being updated soon I believe for official release.

and please don't link to the Tinderbox for the nightlies in furture, but rather the latest-etc ones.
