This will most likely happen mainly between now and a month after the release of Firefox 3. Can't expect everything to work properly for something that hasn't been released officially yet (or right away when released). Nice collection to bookmark, thanks!

Most extensions work for it if you force them to be compatible, but if you don’t want to do that then you’ll have to wait until the makers will fix it.
