I have used a product from ALK technologies for years. They also produce some professional products for the trucking industry. I use Copilot Live Laptop. Snaps you in place on a road...and responds to 17 voice commands with screen adjustments and spoken responses where applicable. No personal interest in the product, just a satisfied user for about 5 years.

I have the Memory Map software for England, but have never used it because my GPS has problems interfacing with the PC. That 'snap to road' idea would be handy - I mainly use my GPS for walking and its annoying when you are told that you're halfway up a cliff, rather than walking on the top of it.
