If it's displaying every time your PC starts, I would suggest booting to safe mode, removing the pack and trying again. If it does the same thing then something in your PC is not saving settings properly, or maybe you don't have the correct user rights for the Windows files to be modified. The last version received a lot of complaints about it not uninstalling properly but I haven't brought myself up to test this version out.
